All orders placed before 12PM will be shipped in the same business time.  

For Click and Collect, you can collect your orders on your selected store once you received an email with pickup code.  

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Sale,etc) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing. 

We dispatch orders from both our warehouse and stores. In the case of orders containing multiple items that are not available in a single store, you might receive multiple packages from each fulfilment locations. We will make every effort to fulfill your order to the best of our ability.
